Born 1971 in Bamberg.
Emigrated to America (Puerto Rico).

Since I got my first contact with music.
The Latin American and the real black music (R & B, Soul and Funk)

After several years in Puerto Rico in 1979, we are back to Bamberg.
As a lively boy, I got my chance for the music.

It was the time when all remaining hits and disco music heard.
Since I liked only one thing that we in Germany also
Black music as heard in America, but it was too early for that.

Beginning of the 80 'is it so far. Yeah, the streets shake and the rhythm has
found a new face. Break Dance.
The dance schools have again found something new not Hussel or Boogie,
Electric Boogie and Robot. But the real people were dancing in the streets.
Of course I had to have this break dance and BMX riding

Then there was still my passion to music.
Exactly, I went to the youth discos in Bamberg, and made party.
Slowly, I knew almost everyone in Bamberg, only under my
Groby © pseudonym (which hat a good friend to me invented. - Thanks Holger)
How it come to the name can not say for sure.

The name (Groby ©) has been legally protected since 1995 by far the GEMA and Germany.

Gradually I got older and looked for bigger clubs. Only in my city.
Like the Joy, Downstairs, Village, and I prefer Alte Gasse (B52).
Then the Movie, Discoland, Tanzarena, Crush, Fun (Hirschaid) ...

In the years of 1983 - # # # # am, and I was a DJ, Re-mixer, musician, song writer, producer
and intermediaries in terms of music on the move. And today? ! ... Do what you want, but have fun doing it.
